Having managed over $1 billion in assets, reviewed nearly 10,000 startups, sat on over 15 boards of directors, guided 15 companies to exit (M&A or IPO), and generated top-tier returns, in some ways I’ve seen it all in venture capital. In other ways, I’ve yet to see it even scratch the surface of its fullest potential.
